Q. How to track an order?

A. After your order gets shipped/dispatched you will receive an email (image given below) with a link to your order-tracking page. In your order tracking page you will find your estimated delivery date and other order-tracking information.

 

Q. How to cancel an order?

A. Order cancelations are done manually from our end. In order to cancel an order give a WhatsApp text on +918638355954 or an email at matty2921@yahoo.com along with your order ID and your order will be canceled. In the case of a standard/prepaid order you will receive your refund amount in your original payment method after your order gets canceled.

Note - Shipped orders can't be canceled.
